Financial investment funds' shares, almost 5% up on BVB

The quotations of the shares listed on Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) appreciated on Wednesday by an average 1.29 percent, an evolution measured by the composite index BET-C whereas the BET-FI index of the financial investment funds went up by 4.94 percent.

The Regular market of BVB witnessed transactions with shares issued by 49 companies, 39 of which reported appreciations of the shares, seven stood still and three depreciated.

The amount of transactions on BVB was 8.5 million euros (36.47 million lei), that on Rasdaq was 59,403 euros and that on the alternative trading system was 8,267 euros.

The BET index measuring the evolution of the top ten most liquid shares listed, reported an appreciation of 0.96 percent, the extended blue-chip index BET-XT of the top 25 most liquid companies went up by 2.31 percent, whereas the BET-NG index of the companies in the energy and utilities sector witnessed a 0.93 percent appreciation.

The most liquid titles were Proprietatea Fund with transactions amounting to 10.91 million lei, the financial investment fund Oltenia with 5.28 million lei, the financial investment fund Moldova with 4.04 million lei and the financial investment fund Transilvania with 1.91 million lei and Petrom with 1.74 million lei.
