Special trades with Proprietatea Fund take Bucharest stocks up at session close

Two special trades with Proprietatea Fund shares, worth a combined RON 123.87 million were registered on Tuesday on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, taking the total liquidity to RON 139.52 million (32.56 million euros).
The quotations of the listed shares - the evolution of which is tracked by the BET-C composite index - inched up 0.60 pct on average, whereas the shares of the five financial investment companies (SIFs, the evolution of which is reflected by the BET-FI index) climbed 0.12 pct on average.
Shares of 49 issuers changed hands on the main BVB market, the 'Regular', 24 of which scored an appreciation in quotations, and 17 declined.
The BET index that reflects the evolution of the most liquid ten listed issuers gained 0.55 percentage points, the extended blue-chip index BET-XT of the top-liquid 25 issuers saw an appreciation by 0.39 pct and the sectoral energy and related utilities index BET-NG advanced 0.49 pct.
The top liquid issuers were Fondul Proprietatea - with trades of RON 5.48 million, and SIF5 Oltenia - with trades worth RON 1.09 million.
