SIF Muntenia (SIF4) announced that at yesterday's first call of its shareholders meeting only 9.95% of its shareholders were present.
Thus, the legal quorum of 50% was not met and SIF Muntenia will hold the GSM today, when no quorum is required. We remind SIF4 shareholders are asked to approve the sale of the stake in BCR.
