SIF Oltenia and SIF Moldova - GSM resolutions regarding the BCR stake

SIF Oltenia (SIF5) informed that its shareholders gathered for the GSM have voted against a push for the listing of BCR. Furthermore, the shareholders have voted in favour of the proposal to sell its BCR stake to Erste Group. We view this piece of news as neutral for SIF5 shares.
Separately, according to the media, the shareholders of SIF Moldova (SIF2) gathered for the same purpose, have mandated the management to negotiate with Erste Group a selling of its BCR stake. We remind that SIF2 was the only SIF which did not sign the agreement in principle to sell its stake. We view neutrally this piece of news.
