SIF Banat Crisana - Securities Commission asks it to call GSM for BCR

SIF Banat Crisana (SIF1) informed that Securities Commission (CNVM) has asked it to call a GSM within the next 45 days so that the shareholders could vote on a solution for its BCR stake.
We remind that SIF1 was the only SIF which did not yet call a GSM regarding the BCR stake. We view this piece of news as neutral for SIF1 shares.
