SIF Muntenia started the final negotiations with Erste Group

SIF Muntenia (SIF4) announced that it started the final negotiations with Erste Group to sell its BCR stake based on the agreement in principle signed two weeks ago.
We consider this piece of news to have a neutral impact on SIF4 shares given the fact that this outcome was expected following the recent GSM.
