SIF Transilvania announced the sweetened deal for BCR

SIF Transilvania (SIF3) informed that it received a sweetened deal for BCR in-line with the one announced by SIF Muntenia (SIF4). Thus, the cash component is now higher by RON 13.3 mn (EUR 3.1 mn) while the Erste Group shares component which accounts for around 75% of the entire deal remains the same.
Shareholders will gather to vote on this transaction in an Extraordinary GSM on October 31, 2011. We view this piece of news as neutral since after SIF4's announcement of the sweetened deal, all other SIFs were expected to receive the same terms.
