SIF Moldova calls GSM to be bought out of BCR by Erste Group

SIF Moldova (SIF2), the only SIF which was not part of the agreement in principle from September, announced that it would call a GSM for November 26 so that the shareholders could vote on its buying out of BCR by Erste Group.
The terms of the deal are to be announced but most likely they will be similar to those announced by the other SIFs. We view this piece of news as neutral since this move was expected after the previous GSM. Record date was set for November 11.
