Environment protection equipment producer Comelf (CMF) posted its 3Q 2011 results with an increase in total revenues of 27% yoy to RON 36 mn. According to the management, the company diversified its product portfolio by investing in additional equipment, which helped the sales growth.
On the costs side, raw materials expenses rose in line with sales to RON 18 mn, whereas labor expenses were up 13% yoy to RON 8 mn on higher headcount. Thus, operational profit increased by 8x yoy to RON 1.6 mn and net profit was up 4x yoy to RON 0.7 mn. Over 1-3Q 2011 sales augmented by 31% yoy to RON 106.5 mn, while net profit increased by more than 4x yoy to RON 1.5 mn.
