Change of indirect control of Azomures

According to media sources, it seems that negotiations between Eurofert and Azomures Holding, which own a cumulated stake in local fertilizer producer Azomures (AZO) of 75.9%, and the fertilizer trader Ameropa Group have been closed.
Apparently, Ameropa Group has acquired control of Romania's fertilizer producer. No details regarding the price of the transaction are yet available. Until now, AZO has not released an official statement regarding the transaction.
