SIF Moldova – GSM approves the terms of the BCR deal with Erste Group

SIF Moldova's (SIF2) shareholders gathered for a GSM have approved the terms of the BCR deal with Erste Group. The Austrian bank has offered identical terms to all five SIFs and SIF2 was the last one to formally approve the BCR deal.
SIF Banat Crisana (SIF1) and SIF Muntenia (SIF4) have already sold/swapped a part of their BCR shares.
