SIF Banat Crisana finalized the first part of the transaction with Erste Group

SIF Banat Crisana (SIF1) announced that as part of the transaction approved with Erste Group, it has sold 2.63% of its BCR stake in exchange for some 1.7 mn shares of Erste Group (0.45% of the share capital) and RON 50.7 mn cash.
SIF1 still has to receive a stake of 0.55% in Erste Group and RON 72.8 mn cash as part of this transaction.
