SIF Moldova closed the deal with Erste

SIF Moldova (SIF2) announced that it closed on Tuesday the deal with Erste Bank for the sale of its stake in BCR. SIF2 will receive for the 6% stake in BCR close to RON 123.6 mn in cash and around 4 mn shares in Erste Bank (currently valued at RON 229 mn).
SIF2 can dispose of 25% of the shares after the transaction, and additional 25% stakes after 6, 12 and 18 months. SIF2 market cap stands currently at RON 492 mn.
