SIFs – Legislative proposal to hike the ownership limit (update)

The draft legislation to hike the ownership limit in SIFs to 5% from 1% has been listed on the Chamber of Deputies agenda for December 15, ranking 28th.
We remind that the draft legislation has been on the Chamber's agenda for three times but voting was delayed.
