Romanian Business Exchange is launched in Bucharest

A brokerage, business resources and consultancy platform has become operational starting Tuesday by means of the Romanian Business Exchange (BRA), which, via the information, links entities having financial resources to entities looking for resources to develop businesses, a release to Agerpres says.

The BRA offers a transparent platform with respect to the business opportunities, the partnerships and their value, with the Exchange also providing a consultancy service, by a specialised analysis of the firms interested in joint ventures.

The Exchange eases private capital investments, the development and restructuring of businesses as well as the sale and purchase of turn-key businesses.

The BRA is developed on three bases: the business platform, the business consultancy and the business educational resources centre and it co-works with governmental and nongovernmental organisations, Romanian embassies based abroad and with the commercial offices of various foreign embassies to Romania.
