Adrian Severin to be the new president of International Arbitrage Chamber by CCIR

Victor Babiuc was replaced from the office of president of International Arbitrage Chamber by Romania’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the new president of this institution will be Adrian Severin, according to the newspaper ‘Azi.’
The decision was taken after no less than 100 propositions have been submitted for this office, among those selected being the representatives of Commercial Arbitrage Chamber by CCI Brasov, Titus Prescure and Ionut Schiau.
Thus, Adrian Severin automatically becomes member of the Managing College of Romania’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The International Arbitrage Chamber by Romania’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry handles the settlement of the international and internal trade litigation, the competence being set on the basis of the understanding agreed by traders in contracts or in additional acts. The procedural consulting is provided free by the specialist staff of the Arbitrage Chamber at the Chamber headquarters, by phone or by mail.
