Vodafone Romania won over 1 million customers in 2007

Vodafone Romania has won over 1.091 million new customers in 2007, reaching a total of 8.807 million customers on December 31 2007, Rompres informs. Vodafone Romania has won 228,482 new customers in the last quarter of 2007.

Vodafone has registered an 18.8 per cent growth in its service revenues, compared to the same period in 2006, according to the financial indicators for the third fiscal quarter. ‘We are very pleased with the strong performance we have achieved in what concerns the main financial indicators in the third quarter of the 2007/2008 financial year. Vodafone Romania continues to register a constant growth in its customer base, registering a total of 8.807 million customers at the end of December 2007, while simultaneously registering a strong 18.8 per cent growth in its service revenues, compared to the same period in 2006. Likewise, in the last 12 months we have registered a sustained 4 per cent growth in our subscriber base.
