Eight milion euros for infrastructure of residential project in Poiana Brasov

The infrastructure of the residential project in the mountain resort of Poiana Brasov, developed by the INR Management Real Estate company is to need investments of more than 8 million euros, according to a release of the Colliers International Company, the single agent to sale the project.

The complex is to be developed in Poiana Brasov, 1.8 kilometres far from the ski tracks and 12 kilometres far from Brasov and is to have its one area closed and the single golf field with 18 holes in Romania. The project is to cover 17 ha in the middle of a large forest. The entire project is to be developed over 5-6 years. Silver Mountain is a luxury residential complex to offer for sale apartments and villas. The projects is the single of the kind in Romania till now, bringing some special advantages, such as the golf field to cover 44 ha, a tennis club and a luxury hotel, to be operated by the international hotel chain Radisson. Moreover, the complex will have a swimming pool in doors and one in open air, spa and a centre for medical treatment, conference halls, a skating rink, casino, cinema, restaurants and heliport.
