Bostina and Associates concludes partnership with Ascott Associes

Law firm Bostina and Associates established a partnership with Ascott Associes, one of the most dynamic law firms in Paris, according to a release remitted to Rompres

This partnership plans to offer to French companies, already present in Romania, as well as to the French-Romanian joint ventures, legal and integrated consultancy services. 'For some time we set the objective to expand in the European Union, Paris and Brussels being the two obvious choices. Last, but not least, we chose to establish a 'bridgehead' in Paris, based on business opportunities reasons: on one hand, decentralization of the allocation of European funds led to a considerable reduction of Brussels' attractiveness and, on the other hand, the new impetus given to the Romanian-French relations is to enhance the number of French companies desirous to do business in Romania', stated coordinating lawyer Doru Catalin Bostina.
