Musat & Asociatii EUR 15.7 M turnover

Musat & Asociatii law firm, one of the first law firms established in Romania, after January 1, 1990, and one of the market leader of the specialist market, had a turnover of EUR 15.708 M in 2007 (invoiced amounts), according to a press release of the company sent to Rompres.

For the law services rendered, the law firm invoiced, in 2007, EUR 15.708 M (or EUR 14.344 M without VAT) and had proceeds of EUR 12.846 M (or EUR 11.639 M without VAT), registering a profit of EUR 7.075 M, according to the fiscal statements. These fees come in a share of 99.97 per cent from private clients (out of which over 80 per cent are foreign clients / investors) and only 0.3 per cent from state run entities.“2007 was a year when we provided advice to many of the important transactions in Romania, and this was reflected in the financial outcomes.
