Bucharest opens its stand at real estate fair in Cannes

On Tuesday Bucharest opened its pavilion at the 2008 international fair MIPIM (Le marche international des professionnels de l'immobilier), which is organized at Cannes, France, over March 11-14, informs the Bucharest City Hall.

'Attending this event is a unique opportunity to make known the capital city on the international real estate market, to draw investors and to make contacts for future public-private partnerships, which are sine qua nons for the development of the city,' reads the release of the City Hall. The 102 sq m stand of Bucharest brings together the municipality and another seven partner companies: Baneasa Investment, Cefin Real Estate Asset Management, Monolit Development Romania, Neocity Group Romania, River Invest, TriGranit Development as main partners and Avrig 35 as partners also ensuring the funds for the event. Eighty-five investors, real estate developers, banks and consultants from Romania attend the fair, according to the information supplied by the Bucharest City Hall. The event is organizationally supported by the World Trade Center, considering the fact that it is the fourth action of this kind taken jointly but also the status of the Bucharest City Hall of shareholder in this company.
