ROMPRES - Romanian News Agency - 14 Martie 2008
Ministry of Transport (MT) is to put forward the Stock Exchange listing of share packages bigger than five percent, in case of the naval and air transport companies, announced on Thursday, in a press conference, director of the Privatization Division of the Transport Ministry Dragos Tanasoiu.
'We decided a second stage is needed as for the listing our companies on the Stock exchange because the five percent package previously announced proved unable to attract very serious investors.
