Ocif Group released on a 25.5-million-euro investment

The residential project Vivando Unirii, a total investment of some 25.5 million euros, will open the series of investments of Ocif group in the real estate sector. The group will invest about 200 million euros by the end of 2010 in projects of urban development, said on Tuesday Avner Bar, general manager of Ocif Group Romania at the official launch on the Romanian market.

Ocif Group, one of the most important real estate developers of Israel, listed with the Bucharest Stock Exchange of Tel Aviv, already present in Bulgaria and in Russia, has so far invested together with Rothschild Group as equal partner, about 25 million euros in Romania and targets real estate developments in Brasov (center), Cluj (north-west) as well and at the Romanian seaside. The company has so far invested 5.5 million euros in Vivando Unirii project and plans to invest further 20 million euros by its completion set in 2009. Sursa: http://www.rompress.ro
