Raiffeisen Capital & Investment to list Teraplast with BVB

Bucharest – The allocation rights issued in the initial public bid of the maker of components for constructions, Teraplast Bistrita, could be traded on Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) as of April 30, the firm quoted by Mediafax announced yesterday.

Thus, Teraplast will request BVB to begin the trading starting on April 30 of the allocation rights attached to the newly issued titles under the initial public bid which will take place during April 7-17, but because of the Easer holidays there may be some delays. The offer will represent 20 per cent of Teraplast share capital prior to the capital increase. During the operation, the price will vary between RON 1 and RON 1.4 per title, while at the end of the offer the level of effective sale of the titles will be that in which the newly issued shares will be subscribed at least three times. Otherwise, the price will be established at the lower limit of the interval, of RON 1 per title. The issuer will take the necessary steps for the listing with BVB, as soon as the new shares are registered. “Subject to the result of the offer, which we hope to be favourable, we shall try to list Teraplast with the first category of BVB,” declared on Monday Dana Mirela Ionescu, president Raiffeisen Capital & Investment, in a conference occasioned by the initial public offer which will be run by Teraplast.
