BVB closed on the rise on Tuesday

Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) closed the Tuesday transaction session on the rise, as evolutions were also positive at international level.

The value of transactions concluded were 37.12 million lei, the equivalent of 10.27 million euros, 13.5% more than on Monday.The prices of shares opened the transaction session over the values of the previous day, maintaining positive throughout the day.BET-C index reached 4,796.17 points , 0.80% over the Monday level, while BET index which showed the evolution of the most liquid ten listed titles closed the session on the rise by 1.02% up to 6,788.83 points.BET-FI index of the five financial investment institutions appreciated by 0.24% up to 50,576.08 points.Transylvania Bank shares ranked first for liquidity, with 4.26 million lei, followed by those of SIF Muntenia and SIF Moldova, with 4.09 and 3.84 million lei. SIF Oltenia ranked fourth with 3.30 million lei and SIF Banat Crisana ranked fifth with 1.57 million lei. On Tuesday 41 futures contracts were concluded for SIF Oltenia shares at an average price of 2.79 lei per unit, with an overall value of 57,150 lei and 25 contracts for Petrom shares at an average price of 0.43 lei, their total prices being 10.750 lei.
