Dinel Staicu appointed to Ford's Board of Directors in Craiova

Ford has appointed the members of the new Board of Directors of Automobile Craiova, including former Ford Chief Negotiator for the privatization of the former state-owned auto maker, Lyle Waters, as Chairman, Dinel Staicu, representative of the SIF Oltenia minority shareholder, Ion Ion, former General Manager of Daewoo Automobile Romania, Leonard Meany and Dionisio Campos, daily Business Standard reports.
