Brokers expect growth for BVB stock

Quotations of financial investment companies (SIF) registered 3.1 percent increase by the end of Tuesday's trading session on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), daily Business Standard writes on Wednesday.

Brokers say this is the beginning of a growth trend on the local stock market. 'Growth on the stock exchange will continue. We will witness a rally. If the U.S. announces an end to recession tomorrow, international markets will revive,' according to Deputy General Manager of brokerage company IFB Finwest, Octavian Molnar. SIF Moldova shares rose by 2.7 percent. The company had the highest liquidity on BVB yesterday, with deals worth €1.5 million.
