Ferrari opens first show-room in Romania

Ferrari estimates that it could register annual sales of 10 to 15 vehicles in Romania, with the delivery set to come 12 to 18 months after the car has been ordered, representatives of Forza Rossa, Ferrari’s partner in Romania, have stated, HotNews informs.
The Italian company will open its first showroom in Romania today, in the attendance of Luca di Montezemolo, Ferrari’s president. All the Ferrari models, including the limited series ones such as Ferrari 430 Scuderia, will be available for Romanian customers. ‘The Romanian client has the same status as any Ferrari customer in the world. The waiting period ranges from 12 to 18 months. The current sales concept is dubbed ‘ONE to ONE’ and represents a vehicles that is 100 per cent personalized on the basis of the customer’s wish’ Forza Rossa representatives have stated. Approximately 60 Ferrari cars are currently driven in Romania. Ferrari has sold 6,500 cars worldwide last year, 14 per cent more compared to 2006. Its turnover has climbed to EUR 1.66 bln. The growth has been fueled by the F430 and the 599 GTB Fiorano models.
