Immorent Romania, turnover of 53 million euro

Immorent Romania posted last year an increase in turnover by some 87% to 53 million euro, out of which 36,7 million euro from real estate leasing and 16,3 million euro from the equipment leasing, said on Tuesday Bogdan Cernescu, the company's general manager.

The company aims this year at increasing the turnover by 52% - 65% on the real estate leasing segment and 23% on the equipment leasing segment. Immorent Romania posted 2007 rise of 147% on the equipment leasing segment to 16,3 million euro versus 6,6 million euro in 2006. Immorent Romania, a real estate leasing company that is member of the Austrian group Erste Bank, has prepared for the next year a 300-million-euro project in northern Bucharest, said Bogdan Cernescu.
