Immorent: Real estate leasing rises ten times, in Romania, since 2005

The volume of contracts of real estate leasing has risen ten times, since 2005, general manager of Immorent Romania Bogdan Cernescu told a press conference.

'If, in 2004, almost nobody spoke about real estate leasing, it has started having more and more importance, although it is true that last year it stood at nine percent only, compared with equipment leasing, which stood at 23 percent, 'Cernescu said.
