Realty Vailog of Italy wants to build logistic facilities near Bucharest

Real estate company Realty Vailog of Italy specializing in industrial developments, owns 50 hectares of land in the locality of Sinesti, near Bucharest, and is now looking at the opportunities to capitalise on the property including by building logistic facilities.

‘In Romania, Realty Vailog purchased over 50 hectares of land at Sinesti, 25 km east of the Bucharest ring road. Thanks to the mounting price of land in the area, at this point we are looking at several options to make the most of the potential of this investment so we are searching for complementary lots to build logistic warehousing facilities,’ reads a presentation of the company activities sent to investors and analysts, according to Mediafax. The representatives of the developer find that Romania is a market of high potential of growth in the logistics sector. Realty Vailog, a member of the Italian RDM Realty Group, is running investments in logistic and industrial developments primarily in Italy, The Netherlands, Romania, Turkey and Cyprus.
