SIF Moldova: Net profit increases almost 64 percent, in Q1

SIF2 Moldova Financial Investment Co. reported a net profit worth 11.83 million RON, in Q1 this year, up almost 64 percent from the same period last year, when the profit stood at 7.22 million RON, read financial reports published on the site of the company. One euro sells for 3.66 RON.

In the said period, the total revenues of the company stood at 28.78 million RON, more than twice more than in the same period in 2007, and the total expenses stood at 15.79 million RON, 2.7 times higher than in the same period in 2007, when they amounted to 5.8 million RON. The stock exchange capitalization of SIF2 Moldova stood at 1.16 billion RON. In the past month, the quotations of SIF Moldova shares rose 0.45 percent, but since the start of the year they went down 35.34 percent. SIF2 Moldova last year posted 65.57 million RON in net profit.
