Romstal Leasing Q1 2008 financing up 44% in Q1

Lender Romstal Leasing IFN has financed assets worth a total 77.5 million euros in the first four months of 2008, some 44 percent higher year-on-year, the company announced.

'The main factor generating this growth is the excellent evolution of the equipment leasing segment. In only four months, this segment exceeded 12.4 mln euros of Romstal Leasing financing, three times higher year-on-year,' according to the company's Marketing Manager, Ionut Chirila, quoted by Business Standard. Leasing for commercial vehicles makes up the highest part of the company's business, 45 percent, followed by cars, with a 32 percent ratio, equipment, 17 percent, properties, 5.5 percent, and motorcycles, 1 percent.
