Azora Management to invest 1.2 billion euros in Poland and Romania

The biggest private equity company in Spain, Azora, with an investment capacity worth three billion euros, taking into account that it manages stakes over 750 million euros, started operating in Romania, reads a press release.

Azora Management, the management division of Azora, held, on Monday, in Bucharest, a meeting of the investment board of Azora Europe subsidiary. Azora Europe will invest in the coming five years some 1.2 billion euros in Poland and Romania. The company will develop mainly residential projects, consisting of dwellings accessible for the medium-income class. Office buildings can also be in the company's portfolio, as well as industrial parks and commercial spaces.
