KPMG: Entrepreneurs risk success fatigue

Local successful entrepreneurs risk showing signs of fatigue once they reach the top, says Serban Toader, senior partner of KPMG, the local division of one of the biggest consultancy and audit companies worldwide.

'There's a risk of success fatigue among local entrepreneurs, which is tightly connected to the typical nature of Romanians. We get very good at some point, but later are unable to stay at the top,' Serban Toader says, quoted by Ziarul financiar. The development of local entrepreneurs, however, is hindered by the poor infrastructure and training of a Romanian workforce, which authorities need to react quickly to.
