SIF Transilvania takes part in two share capital increases

The financial investment company SIF3 Transilvania took part in the share capital increases in the companies Mecanica at Codlea (central Romania) and THR in Ploiesti (southern Romania) by exerting its preference right, according to a report of SIF3 sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB).

To preserve the share it held (76.75 percent of the share capital) with Mecanica at Codlea (market symbol MEOY), SIF Transilvania over June 4-10 subscribed 706,100 shares with a face value of 2.5 lei per share, with the subscription price of 2.5 lei per share, the total value being 1.765 million lei. Also in order to preserve the share it held (89.49 percent of the share capital of THR in Ploiesti - symbol TUSI), SIF Transilvania on Tuesday subscribed 21,166,789 shares with a face value of 0.1 lei per share, at the subscription price of 0.15 lei per share, the total value being 3.175 million lei.
