SIF Moldova sells Donaris Tulcea for $1mln

Financial investment company SIF2 Moldova on Monday signed the contract on the entire sale of the stake held in Donaris Tulcea, where it was majority shareholder, according to a report issued by SIF2 sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB).

SIF Moldova sold 47,917 Donaris shares, accounting for a 51.62 percent stake at a price of 53.5 lei/share, considering the nominal value is of 2.5 lei per one share. The overall value of the transaction was of 2.524 million lei respectively $1.08 million. Donaris Tulcea is activating in the field of trade in constructions materials and has a share capital of 228,477 lei, divided into 91,391 shares, with a nominal value of 2.5 lei for each share.
