List of first 100 companies in Romania involved in insovency made public

Debt collecting agency Urban&Associates made public on a site a list of the first 100 companies in Romania involved in insolvency.

A press release reads that the list, posted on www.vrajitorul.eu, includes firms whose bankruptcy or commercial insolvency has been requested by creditors. 'The turnover of all these companies amounts to a few billion euros, more important is that these companies have tens of thousands of suppliers, who risk, in turn, to come to insolvency, if the court decides so,' said Iulian Urban, manager of Urban&Associates. The site Urban spoke about verifies, for a certain sum of money, the reliability of business partners, using public sources, such as the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Official Gazette of Romania, the Bulletin of insolvency proceedings, the National Office of the Trade Register, the electronic Archive of asset guarantees, other sources.
