Coldwell Banker launched Banker Mortgage in Romania

The real estate company Coldwell Banker Romania has recently launched the free consulting service Coldwell Banker Mortgage, which provides the clients the option to get funds for real estate investments, Rompres reports.

By signing partnerships with several banks, Coldwell Banker Mortgage Romania provides its clients, individuals and legal entities, a large range of lending products, tailor – made according to each client. The service has four stages, starting with contacting the client and analysis of pre-qualification for lending, followed by identification of the estate that he intends to purchase with the loan he applied for. Then, there is paperwork stage for having the loan and its provision eventually. The main assets for the brokers from Coldwell Banker branches is the prior knowledge on the client estimated budget (consisting of own funds and pre-approved credit), thus eliminating cases when the purchase of the estate found is not possible because of unjustified expectations related to the loans.
