Victoriei, best known office area in Bucharest, Regatta says

Victoriei area in Bucharest is a concentration of class A office spaces, it enjoys high notoriety in this respect, reads a press release from Regatta real estate company.

The area is characterized by easy access to all the areas of interest, modernity and high-tech, specialists from the real estate company believe. Buildings such as America House and Europe House, as well as office buildings under construction are situated in that area. Bucharest Tower Center, of 25 storeys, is for rent. Close to Victoria Square, a building of 15 storeys offers a total area of 11,000 sq m. It will be ready in Q1 2009. One more building, also near Victoria Square, of nine storeys, covering 1,060 sq m, will be ready this August. Rents in Victoria area range between 25 and 30 euros/sqm. Another area of notoriety is Aviatorilor-Dorobanti. In this area, developed have been projects which will also solve the problem of parking space. Rents in this area range also between 25-30 euros/sq m. One more area very good for offices is Herastrau-Caramfil, its being close to the airport and to the center is an asset for it. The green space in this area has encouraged investors. The rent there stands at 20-25 euros/sq m. The next area considered optimum for offices is that close to Bucharest University (center). Plots of land and large buildings are absent there. The buildings erected in that area are not so tall, some older buildings have also been changed into office buildings. Rents in this area range between 18 and 25 euros/sq m. The following good area, in Regatta hierarchy for offices function of notoriety, is Unirea (center), with rents there standing between 18 and 22 euros/sq m.
