Germanos adds 3m euros to Sunlight's share capital

Sunlight Romania, Bucharest branch, has increased its share capital by 10.7m RON (3m euros), to 12.7m RON (3.6m euros), via a cash contribution from its sole partner - Germanos Telecom Romania, according to a decision made in April.

The operation was supplemented with the issue of 1,069,980 shares with a face value of 10 RON, the company also announced, quoted by Ziarul Financiar. At the same time, the company's associate decided to contract a 6m-euro loan from Germanos Industrial & Commercial Company of Electronic-Telecommunication Material and Supply of Telecommunication Services (Greece), the majority shareholder in Germanos Telecom Romania. The loan was contracted over a 36-month period and will be used to cover the company's necessary working capital.
