Romanian stocks advance on closing at the Bucharest Stock Exchange on modest liquidity

Stocks at the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE) witnessed significant growth of 3.47 percent on the index of the 25 most liquid companies on liquidity reduced 34 percent. Deals reached 30.61 million lei.
The BET index of the ten best companies on BSE gained 3.52 percent to 5,633.22 and the BET-C composite measuring all listed shares without the five financial companies increased 4.56 percent to 4,222.62.The BET-FI index of the five financial companies SIFs climbed 3.56 percent to 37,961.25 and the ROTX index for trading blue-chips in Vienna advanced 5.19 percent to 13,252.19.The BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid companies on BSE added 3.74 percent to 614.58 and the BET-NG index of the ten power companies on BSE increased 4.80 percent to 764.47.At the closing hour in Bucharest most European bourses grew significantly after the United States published statistics on unemployment allowances request, which lowered below expectations. The FTSE index in London rose 2.98 percent to 5,304 and the DAX index in Frankfurt nudged up 2.31 percent to 6,297.50. The CAC 40 climbed 3 percent to 4,235.92.Shares of the biggest oil company Petrom (SNP) added 4.34 percent to 0.409 lei on deals of 7.2 million lei. Financial company SIF Moldova (SIF2) increased 3.05 percent to 1.69 lei. SIF Transilvania (SIF3) added 3 percent to 1.03 lei. SIF Banat-Crisana (SIF1) grew 3.73 percent to 1.67 lei. Fertilizer maker Azomures (AZO) jumped 8.97 percent to 0.85 lei.Second lender by assets BRD SocGen (BRD) nudged up 4.05 percent to 18 lei on deals of 2.39 million lei.
