SIF Muntenia buys Erste shares of 2 million euros at Vienna Exchange

Muntenia (SIF 4) financial investments company bought a package of Erste Bank shares of 1.79 million euros at Vienna Exchange, BVB informed on Thursday.

The 54,027 shares of the Austrian bank were bought at the average price of 36.4 euros/share. In March, SIF Muntenia also bought 22,300 Erste Bank shares at an average price of 137.02 lei/share at BVB and paid 3.05 million lei to sell them later at the price of 174 lei/share. At the end of June the net stock of SIF mUntenia was 1.96 billion lei, on the rise by 4% compared to May when shares were 1.88 billion lei. SIF Muntenia has a social capital of 80.7 million lei, divided in to 807.04 million shares with a nominal value of 0.10 lei. The bonds of SIF Muntenia have a market value of 911.95 million lei (253.32 million euros) for a quotation of 1.13 lei/ share established at the Wednesday session. Sursa: http://www.actmedia.ro
