Beijing Urban Construction Engineering & Niro start building “Niro Tower” in March 2009

The investment for Niro Tower reaches approximately EUR 70 M.

Beijing Urban Construction Engineering & Niro will start building Niro Tower at the beginning of March 2009. Niro Tower will be a real estate project on the Exhibition Boulevard, including a four-star hotel and apartments, a press release transmitted to ‘Nine O’ Clock’ announces. According to the company representatives, finalization of this project is planned for 2011. The investment required for “Niro Tower” reaches approximately EUR 70 M, not to mention the price of the lot. “The company will fund most of the investment, but will apply for bank loans as well,” the PR Manager of Niro Investment, Ion Badea declared. The building will be 22-storey high and the underground parking will have three levels. The first five floors of the building will host the 120 rooms of the hotel and the medium surface of a room will be 42 square meters. The last two floors will be destined to luxury suites. Totally, 139–143 apartments will be built and their final number will be established depending on the configuration of luxury apartments, realized depending on the beneficiaries. “It will be a unique project in Bucharest and in Romania, not only because of its sizes but also because of the real estate concept its construction is based on. We expect a tremendous success, as we attained up to this moment in all the other real estate projects developed by Niro Investment Group,” Badea further declared. Niro Investment Group developed the central Residential Park project, the first real estate project in the centre of Bucharest and will inaugurate Boulevard Hotel, one of the Capital’s historical monuments, during the year to come.
