Dragos Anastasiu takes over 47% of Touring Eurolines shares

Corina Martin, President of the National Association of Travel Agencies (ANAT) Southeast and of the Seaside Association, and her husband, Dumitru Martin took over 47 percent of Touring Eurolines shares from owner Dragos Anastasiu, daily Business Standard reports on Friday.The Martins also own Mistral Voyages travel agency.
Touring Eurolines shareholders have also taken over 99 percent of Mistral Voyages and Mistral Tours, which represents a merger between the three companies, according to a declaration for Business Standard by Anastasiu.
Eurolines is one of the top three companies on the local road passenger transport market. Its main competitor is Atlassib, a group of companies controlled by businessman Ilie Carabulea.
