Stock exchange ends week on the green, due to transactions with Rompetrol shares

The quotations of the shares listed on Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) have risen 1.42 percent on the average, on Friday, an evolution measured by the composite index BET-C, and the shares of the five financial investment companies SIF have reported an average rise of 0.33 percent (BET-FI index).
On the main market of BVB - Regular, transactions have been made with shares issued by 52 companies, of which 30 have reported quotation rises, six have stagnated, and 16 have fallen. The BVB transactions have stood at 10.67 million euros (or 37.55 million lei), and those on Rasdaq at 976,664 euros.
Transfers of Rompetrol Rafinare shares have been made on Friday, worth a total of 25.25 million lei, or over seven million euros, with the quotation price of these shares rising to 4.99 percent.
The BET index, reflecting the trend in the most liquid 10 shares listed, has reported a 1.36 percent rise, and the ROTX index has risen 1.33 percent.
The extended blue-chip index BET-XT has risen 1.06 percent, and the sectoral index for energy and utilities BET-NG has risen 1.29 percent.
After Rompetrol, the most liquid shares have been those of SIF5 Oltenia - with 1.75 million lei worth of transactions, Banca Transilvania - 1.72 million lei and SIF4 Muntenia - 1.51 million lei.
