Mutual funds grew by 0.18 pc this week

Open-end mutual funds recorded an average profitability this week of 0.18 percent and since this year-start they showed a decline of 20.52 percent, according to data provided by the funds.

Of the equity funds, BT Index fund units knew the highest growth last week, of 2.98 percent, Napoca ranking second - with 1.4 percent.

As for the diversified funds, the biggest appreciation was recorded by Transilvania fund - 0.89 percent, followed by FCEx - 0.57 percent and KD Optimus - 0.46 percent.

In the case of bond and fixed income instruments funds, Europa Obligatiuni showed a profitability of 0.6 percent last week, whereas BCR Clasic declined by 0.06 percent.

BCR Monetar was the top-performing money fund, with a weekly profitability of 0.28 percent.
