Bucharest Stock Exchange grows 8.5% in last trading session of the week

The Bucharest Stock Exchange /BVB/ has grown significantly in the last trading session of the week, with the main index BET, the composite one BET-C, which shows the overall trend of prices, having recorded a rise of 8.51%.
The index BET, which reflects the trend of the most liquid 10 shares, rose 9.25% to 4,667.62 points.
The most significant rise was recorded by the SIFs, which rose on Friday by 14.53%, close to the limit imposed by the 'price tunnel ' at BVB (plus/minus 15% in one session).
The index ROTX rose 9.66%, the extended blue-chip index BET-XT fell 10.02% and the sectoral index for energy and utilities BET-NG rose 11.16%.
The value of the transactions on BVB stood at 16.17 million euro (59 million lei), and on RASDAQ at 1.48 million euro.
The most liquid shares were SNP Petrom, with transactions of 10.66 million lei, SIF5 Oltenia - 10.33 million lei, Erste Bank - 9.8 million lei, SIF2 Moldova - 6.64 million lei and BRD - 6.46 million lei.
