Bucharest Stock Exchange sees growth by 11.5 percent

Quotations of the shares listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) appreciated on Tuesday by an average 11.51 percent, with the evolution having been measured by the composite index BET-C, while the shares of the five financial investments companies (SIFs) showed a growth by an average 14.62 percent (BET-FI).
There were recorded trades with shares issued by 53 companies, out of which 50 registered appreciations in the quotations, one stagnated and two dropped.
The value of the trades on the Bucharest Stock Exchange stood at 13.015 million euros (49.036 million lei), while on Rasdaq they reached 1.549 million euros,
The BET index, which reflects the evolution of the 10 most liquid shares listed, registered an increase by 10.62 percent, with the ROTX index having climbed up by 10.87 percent.
The extended blue-chip index BET-XT climbed by 11.28 percent, with the sectorial index for energy and utilities BET-NG having climbed by 14.40 percent.
The most liquid shares were of Petrom, with trades worth 17.419 million lei, SIF 5 Oltenia, with trades worth 6.529 million lei, SIF 3 Transylvania, 5.789 million lei, SIF 2 Moldova, 3.894 lei and SIF 4 Muntentia, 3.624 million lei.
Three companies recorded growth in the quotations by 15 percent, namely VAO Apcarom, Oltchim and Transgaz.
