Kronvest Business Park, investment worth 30 million euros, in Brasov

Real estate developer Krovest Group of Companies will invest some 30 million euros in the building of a big business center including a heliport and the tallest office building in Brasov, center of Romania, reads a press release of the company.

Kronvest Business Park will be made up of three buildings of class A offices, of 8,9 and 16 storeys, respectively, with a general basement on three levels. The project will be ready in Dec 2009. The business center will have a built area of 32,835 sq m, of which 20,119 sq m for offices, 4,631 sq m for services and 8,085 sq m for parking lots. The ground and the first floor of each building will host a bank, a restaurant, a coffee house, a medical center, a kindergarten for residents' children only, showrooms.

The project will benefit, according to the developers, from an underground parking lot, on three levels. The rent in the complex will be under the level of the market. A square meter will be rented for prices between 11 and 15 euros, function of the rented area.

The group has a series of projects underway, such as AMC -Optiplaza (Optiplaza Romania store chain, 8,000 sq m), Raiffeisen Building (Raiffeisen Bank, Brasov subsidiary, 12,000 sq m, Brasov), Tampa Gardens, (residential complex, 84,000 sq m - Brasov), Kronvest Business Park (class A office buildings, 24,750 sq m, Brasov).
